Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness competitions when she was 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later and was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show was a success, she continued to compete for many years and set higher goals each year. She also won four fitness titles by the end of 2009. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance to finish her college education. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut was held during the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. The summer of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia and took 6th place for The Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel claims she was more than proud of her performance. Ariel competed with some of the world's elite athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pull-ups that are performed using the machine as well as bent-over rows. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Converting all the exercises back into three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
