Annmarie Fairweather, Chief People Officer at Learning Ally is responsible for all of the company's People culture, Talent, and Culture practices. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years working as a Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and teams of leaders to achieve the business objectives, but particularly during times of fast changes and expansion. She's been an expert in the field of thought, helping translate business and people strategies into enterprise-wide goals and strategic plans through organizational and performance management employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as change management. She is passionate about education as she sees leadership and team development as the most powerful competitive advantage. Her experience includes working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's created and guided leaders who demonstrated success and results. Her work helped to create cultures within organizations that encourage innovation and learning. As Annmarie continues to devote her time and talents to supporting the Learning Ally mission, she currently provides support to various non-profit groups in her spare time. This includes being a member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women grow as leaders providing instruction to the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional members' association that is based that is based in North America with the specific objective of providing networking training as well as advocacy specifically targeted at hotels in the healthcare industry and also supporting Shatterproof a national nonprofit organization focused on reversing the dependency crisis in the United States in educating communities to support those who are affected by the illness of addiction.
