Allison Mack

NXIVM (a personal-development firm created by Keith Raniere during the 90s) was a national sensation after The New York Times exposed the fraud scheme of the pyramids as well as the cult group that forced female recruits in to sexual slavery. Raniere has been arrested several times before being indicted by federal authorities for federal offenses. The group's founder was declared guilty in the month of July of racketeering, trafficking in sex and other crimes. Allison Mack, the former Smallville actress arrested in April 2018, became an active member or recruiter during that period. When she was arrested in April, it was reported that Mack was a major member of the sexcult, who was responsible for promoting and recruiting women. Mack plead guilty to the charges in April 2019. Now, she is in the process of awaiting her sentence. Since then, several TV shows -- including Showtime's Escaping the NXIVM Cult and Vox's Netflix series Explained revealed the evil practices of the cult aswell as Mack's participation. Mack has also unveiled her plans for the future she has said currently she's looking at a variety of opportunities. "I would like to do another show on TV. The actress said "It's all about finding the right project." "I think the biggest lesson I've gleaned is really how to be aware of yourself and understand how to hear your own voice and know which is best for you and your priorities, as well as to discover people and create a community of people to be with who are a believer in you."
